Woodland Palms is located in beautiful Tucson – Arizona’s second largest city and county seat of Pima County. We enjoy 350+ days of sunshine every year as one of America’s sunniest cities. The Tucson area exhibits a truly picturesque atmosphere in southern Arizona – nestled where the Santa Cruz and Rillito Rivers meet. Woodland Palms is situated in the valley of the Sonoran Desert where five mountain ranges form the protection that produces the incredible sunshine and mild climate.
We provide specialized memory care services on our campus. Our wellness services and life enrichment opportunities are designed to maintain or improve the capabilities of each resident – with the emphasis on abilities and support to maintain independence.

I was touring this facility from out of town and I must say I am extremely impressed especially with a particular caregiver Stephanie. She was extremely friendly and stayed smiling the entire time I was around her. She was very sweet, kind and was very patient with the residents! Made my tour very warming and trusting that this may be a good choice. If all of your staff is like Stephanie you are very lucky!! Kindness and patience means everything and I can say I trust her with my mom. Keep smiling!

My mom is happy and well cared for at Woodland Palms. The caregivers and staff work so hard to ensure that the residents are taken care of with patience and professionalism. The courtyard provides a place where the residents can sit outside and enjoy the weather or walk around on the path. I'm so happy that Woodland Palms is nearby and a great place for mom!

Woodland Palms has been a second home for my mom for over three years now. After visiting a dozen homes, I knew they were the perfect choice. The team at Woodland Palms is exceptional, with dedicated staff members ensuring my mom receives the best care. From the extraordinary administrative and logistical team to the wellness director, medical staff, dining team, and caregivers, everyone exudes warmth, knowledge, and friendliness. The consistency in staff is remarkable, a rarity in most care facilities. The size of the care home is just right – not too big to lose personal touch, yet not too small to lack the necessary support. One of the standout features of Woodland Palms is the beautiful and secure courtyard with lush gardens and fruit-bearing trees. The impeccable cleanliness and well-being of the residents reflect the care and attention given at all times. Engagement and activities are a priority at Woodland Palms, with a dedicated activities director offering a varied schedule including music, drumming, and painting. Special thanks go to Mary and Dawn, the Administrator and Wellness Director, as well as Kathy and Boba for their warmth and dedication to my mom's well-being. During a challenging time when I could no longer care for my mom, Woodland Palms provided unwavering support. Beyond being a well-maintained facility, their genuine passion for what they do sets them apart as true superstars. I am grateful to have found Woodland Palms – they have truly been a blessing during this journey.

The staff here are great! Stephanie really cares about the residents. She goes above expectations and takes her job to heart. The facility seems to be well managed and is always clean.
