I work as a caregiver for an external agency, so my view of West Park comes from my many visits there to 5 different clients over the last 3 months. I am SO IMPRESSED by how the employees there treat the people who live there. They have a lot of services and events, some of which I've taken clients to. The food is good, the workers care, and the homes themselves are very nice, from the 2 bedrooms to the studios. It is because I love the atmosphere--from workers to those who live there--are very sweet and it's always a positive experience. It is the reason I try so hard to go to clients who live there. I've had a chance to visit with many of the workers there and it's clear how much they care about the residents.

I have worked with this company for 23 years and will be retiring in December. It has been a pleasure to work with many wonderful employees and to serve the residents in anyway I can. I will definitely return to volunteer after I retire. My wife also works at Westpark. Once she retires if we feel like we need to live in an assisted living facility, it would be Westpark!!!

Family and friends of our family have been residents over the span of thirty years here at West Park Village. I have never heard anything but wonderful , positive comments on the staff and care of residents. Living here is like being adopted into a large caring family. I know this is true because I have worked here for seven years and love it!!

I like working at Westpark Village. The company operates by principles and that shows by how Westpark operates. It also shows this by empowering staff to make decisions on a local level in the best interest of the residents. Great place to work or live.
