I was impressed by the level of customer service we received from Mina Gill. I appreciated her transparency and flexibility to work with our needs, and her continued support during the entire process (as this is my first experience of seeking senior living for a family member). She also routinely informed us of various events that we could join so we could get a better feel of community and level of staff engagement at Westmont of Milpitas to make our final decision. I am referring Westmont of Milpitas to friends and colleagues because of Mina's efforts and my overall impressions of the facility and staff.

I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service we received by Mina Gill. She made the process of helping my grandfather find a home simple. She even went above and beyond setting up a consultation with a nurse at our home. She showed she cared through hard work and consistent honest communication.

It was such a welcoming place, where you are always greeted by the staff. The room was clean and spacious. Although the application process was quite involved, Mina Gill made the process easy and fast. We truly appreciated her assistance and follow-up to make the whole process less tedious. I have had the daunting task of assisting my 91 year old aunt’s move into an assisted living. It’s been quite stressful because I live out of state. But the situation was made so much easier with the help of Mina Gill Community Relations Director at Westmont. She is so kind and so helpful, She has gone above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough. My Aunt is comfortable and happy and because of this I’m also comfortable and happy !! Mina is an earth angel and I appreciate her so much !!
