I am so happy with Vitality. The staff is extremely caring and knowledgeable. The facility is beautiful and awesome. It even has an elevator that everyone loves. Everyone is down for a good ole chat with great stories. At least take a tour if your interested in the area. I highly recommend and I am extremely happy with my decision.

Commitment...Dedication...Empathy...Professionalism...Collaboration... COMPLETE FACILITY TRANSFORMATION. Earlier this summer, we began searching for a new Senior Living facility for our parents. When we first considered Vitality Court Senior Living, the less than adequate PAST reviews, implied this facility may not provide our parents with the best quality of life. Immediately after touring the facility, meeting the remarkable staff, seeing the various activities and different levels of care they could provide, we were confident Vitality Court could meet ALL of our needs. We could easily tell there had apparently been a recent program and cultural redesign. The transformation began with the new Executive Director, Jason Ohrt. His top priority was clearly the health, safety, and well-being of the residents. This new leadership was compassionate and dedicated to recruiting and retaining only the best possible staff for Vitality Court. The new Wellness Directors at both the Assisted Living and Memory Care, have always been available to answer any questions and continually collaborate the best care options. Through the extraordinary efforts of the ENTIRE team, Vitality Court is committed to purposely building relationships with all patients and their families. This pledge to excellence has been evident not only from the directors, but also the entire office staff, and every caregiver providing services to our parents from DAY 1. We are truly grateful to the entire staff for the ongoing communication, determination, and genuine empathy Vitality Court Senior Living Community continues to offer our parents each and every day!

My Mother WAS a patient at Vitality Court until we got her moved somewhere much safer. She has a total of about 9 falls while living there…the majority of those falls landed her in the hospital. After the hospital she was sent to rehab and then back to vitality court. A few weeks or a month goes by and another fall. She suffered broken ribs, broken hip severe bruising from the falls, and a broken wrist. And after all this, nothing I repeat, nothing was done to accommodate her safety. Not only this but her precious wedding ring from my deceased father came up missing a long with a cherished charm necklace. They were never found. If your loved one suffers from Alzheimer’s, know that bedrails and bed alarms are not permitted. We were also told her necklace alarm was not permitted at memory care. Apparently they don’t check on there patients regularly, especially those at high risk. My mom said she didn’t know how long she laid on the floor calling for help after a fall. I was told she could call a cellphone number if she needed anything….usually went to voicemail. Kinda tuff when she was waiting to be taken to the restroom. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND this facility. Oh, they have it all decorated and a dining hall , etc. but it’s the QUALITY of care that counts!!!! This place is EXTREMELY understaffed. Can you believe they wanted my mother, who has Alzheimer’s, to call a cell number when she needed to go to the bathroom???? And it goes to voicemail when I tried to call it to make sure it worked????? How is my mom supposed to remember to call “a cell number” when she has Alzheimer’s? Pretty place on the outside but not pretty in the care they give.
