As a former worker this is the worst of the worst. Check you daily commitment to pay and you will find out none of it happens. Neglecting management that’s only for profit. You will pay more constantly without any explanation. THIS IS A FOR PROFIT AND THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Ask for your daily probability of completing each task( woke up/ dressed on time/ ability to engage in the community), and they’ll tell you it’s no problem. Then you’ll see 3 weeks later no one has time for your family member. It’s literally impossible to take care of this many people with how small the staff is. Worst places to work for. They do not care!!! Give me your money and that’s it.

No facility is perfect. This Vitalia has wonderful residents, the food is good and social activities have improved. Do your due diligence, be cautious of things that are promised to you and be the best advocate for your family member with frequent visits.

My Mom has been a resident at Vitalia Strongsville since it opened. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. They keep the residents safe and well during these very trying times. Many activities and functions have been limited due to covid, but the staff remains positive and helpful. My Mom is happy to be there and we can’t wait to have things open up a bit so we can be together again and Vitalia can “reopen” their doors and get back to the active vibrant community it was! Hoping soon!
