Vitalia North Royalton have such kind staff and an amazing facility. The staff are more like family and care so much for everyone living there. My mom moved from a beautiful place in Chicago and she is very happy here. We have no regrets!

It's a beautiful place and Everyone is so kind and easy to deal with. I would suggest this place to anyone. The food is amazing. The staff is great. The apartment is nice and clean. I have a very nice view and I'm really looking forward to developing some real friendships with the kind people I've met.

I’d give the overall place and the AL unit one star. Give the director and aids in memory care 4 stars. Moved my parents after two years. Not enough help, in AL especially in the evenings & weekends. Communication from management team to families is horrible. Charge for care points, but do not do things you are paying for. Trash would pile up in parents room & bathroom. Can’t keep cleaning staff, rooms not kept clean as promised. Not all aids in AL seem trained on how to deal with elderly people. UPDATE: my dad left Vitalia in mid May. Then on July 1st we get an invoice for the month of July. Not only did my dad move out six weeks ago, but he even passed away a couple days ago. We have asked several times to get to This invoice zeroed out and to get an email telling us that they’ve fixed it and are not charging us this incorrect amount. Left several phone messages and emails and nobody will respond. Same situation when we were there, the communication is horrendous. We’re dealing with my dad passing away and we have to deal with this place Sending us invoices for charges that are invalid.

Now that summer is almost over and college kids are going back to school (who were wonderful) they are not being replaced. They are down to 1 aide and 1 nurse and it’s totally not acceptable for the amount of residents they have! Residents are paying so much money and what was told when they first moved in regarding care and what’s transpiring now is not matching up. If you are a new person coming in please be careful before you sign up. Sue Wagner
