Highly recommend Vitalia. From the start with their wonderful marketing duo, to the team of directors they have assembled, to the quality of interior and exterior finishes, it was worth the wait for opening this week! The staff have treated my mom like she is their own family and it already feels like the definition of community.

I came in from out of state to find an assisted living placement for my mother. One of the placed I toured was Vitalia Mentor. Joanna was absolutely amazing! She is one of the most professional yet compassionate individuals I have ever met. Walking around with her you could tell that the residents new and loved her. The facility was very nice but Joanna is a rockstar. She had the right balance of support and information without being intrusive.

I would have never thought my mom would have adapted to a senior living community but she’s not just adapting, she’s THRIVING. Vitalia in Mentor is lovely and the staff is what truly makes it. From the initial tours with Chloe who answered our endless questions, to occasional administrative concerns handled by Greg, to fix it type work handled by John, it’s always covered. When I really felt the reassurance was recently when Mom was having some sickness and told me how the activity director, Bella, was checking in on her daily. That meant the world to me. And one night when I couldn’t get a hold of her and was concerned during the power outage I called and Makhaya made sure to send someone to check on her. You can’t put a price tag on piece of mind. Well done, team!
