Vista Pointe at Green Valley

Prestige has been the best decision my family could have made. We were looking for a smaller senior community for my Uncle who needed help with meals and a "social life". The staff all took a personal interest in him and eased the transition to his new place. But his face really lit up when Chef Joel spoke to him in French! The food is excellent and there are so many choices it can be hard to decide what to order. The favorite part of his week though are the twice weekly bus tours. Getting out and seeing the surrounding community has been the best medicine. Thanks Prestige!

Both my mother and my aunt have lived at Prestige Assisted Living and at Expressions, one for several years and the other for nearly a year. Their living quarters are roomy and charming. The care they receive is wonderful. The staff are kind, calm, and respectful. They anticipate whatever my relatives need and provide it easily. The atmosphere is like a large family home with everyone knowing and caring about each other. The food is tasty and wholesome and is served in a lovely dining room by staff who know each person's preferences and needs. The administrative staff are tops. They communicate with relatives clearly and promptly by phone and email, and are always available when any relative comes to visit and needs to talk. I sincerely recommend Prestige for high quality assisted living.

My mother, Judy, suffered some brain damage in a fall a couple of years ago, making it very difficult to communicate with her. It became obvious that this strong-willed, independent woman could no longer stay by herself. The Staff at Prestige Green Valley are some of the most patient and caring folks I have ever dealt with. Judy initially had some issues acclimating to her new life, and the Staff dealt with them in a very compationate and effective way to aid the transition. Now my mother is quite happy with her new lifestyle, enjoying the new friends and activities daily. Having to manage her affairs from long distance has gone much easier than I could have ever imagined. The Staff keeps me informed on any issues and works with me to ensure all of Mom's needs are met. Thank you, Prestige, you have taken a large burden off my mind knowing Mom is well cared for and enjoying your Staff and facilities!

The loving care my sister received at Prestige during her final years battling Alzheimer's simply could not have been any better. During my visits to the assisted living and later the memory care unit of Prestige, I could tell that all patients are provided with excellent care and love in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. The entire staff was incredible caring and attentive, not only towards my sister, but towards all of us loved ones. This was especially apparent during the final days of my sister's life. I knew that she passed on with dignity and peace, and was given the best possible quality of life in the face of this dreadful disease. My family is now in the process of looking for memory care in another state for my mother. As I research and visit facilities in Arkansas, I have come to appreciate what an priceless gift it was to be able to find Prestige for my sister's care.
