from the first time I walked in to view the property. I loved it. the tower was not for me , but loved the cottages. Went home and gathered my family. we came back and did the tour again. we ate at the restaurant and the food was outstanding. All off the staff has been great. they take care of your concerns in a timely manner.

Verena at Hilliard is a remarkable place for senior living. It has more of a resort ambiance. The residents are friendly, the staff is also friendly and helpful. The food is awesome.

Refused to pay bills to educators and enrichment folks coming into the community. Luxury my rear, they can’t pay for basic appointments The problem is this shady company is dodging calls and emails left and right and flat out, refusing to make contact with the people that they have stolen from Unpaid services are stolen, and you guys are skating a line of going to court. Class action lawsuit at this point. Pay the people you hired and when I hear that you have paid your bills, I will delete this review.

We performed a music program four months ago at this community. We were promised our compensation within 30 to 60 days. We sent another set of paperwork after promises that this would be taken care of, yet another number of weeks has passed with no compensation and no return call from the activities/life enrichment director. Hopefully this will be resolved soon but perhaps be cautious of dealing with this location. Update: After some effort, payment was received.
