I am going on my fourth year here. The maintenance Men ( Tom and James ) are such a great help, as was Jessie and Jon before them. The office personnel , Marie and Neslie and now Tyler are so helpful. The owners of the apartment complex really keep the grounds up and beautiful. You could not ask for better neighbors. I really enjoy my apartment.

My wife and I have been living here for a little more than 4 months now and have interacted with Tom one of the maintenance men here at the apartments regarding some minor issues we were having. What a great guy, he's friendly and was able to resolve our issues quickly. He truly cared about his work and our satisfaction. Tom is the best!! So, is Neslie in the office. We're really enjoying our life here at Palm Coast Landing Senior Apartments.

From our first interaction with Mady P, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and extremely professional and the extensive application process in which Neslie was most helpful, my husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about these 2 ladies. They both have exemplified the best in customer service. We are extremely happy with our new home here at Palm Coast Landing Senior Apartments.

This place is not as good as it once was. My aunt calls the office to get the lock on her door fixed and everytime they tell her We are gonna send someone out and they never do. It's now been more than a month and still nothing at this point she no longer calls the office because she knows they're gonna say the same thing and not fix it. Its so bad she can't even use the keys to unlock and lock the door. They go to other apartments but hers. She told the maintenance people about it who came afew days ago and they said Okay I'll be right back and guess what! They never came back! I highly recommend any other complex. If you love yourself and are sane then save yourself from living here because you will only waste your time,money and lose your mind
