Always greeted with a smile along with a friendly goodbye when I leave. I am so glad my Mother is part of this community. Every aid, nurse, kitchen staff, and other members of the team are so pleasant and accommodating to my mothers needs as well as mine.

Best place in Hamilton for my mom. The cost is so reasonable compared to other places in the country and the local area. The people at the front desk greet you with a smile and know you by first name. The director is great. The person in charge of billing is awesome. The director of the memory unit is awesome and understands dementia residents. There is a turn over in staff which is everywhere maybe and increase in pay would help. The aids may need better training but are good. Sometimes there is a shortage of aids and nurses but overall the place is great!!

Beware when looking for a place for your loved one at Woodlands of Hamilton and don’t be pressured to put a deposit on a room until they have completed an evaluation of your family member. I put down a $500 deposit on 9/12/24 for a room before they evaluated my father (because the room may be unavailable if you wait) so they said. After he was evaluated they could not accept him at the facility and I am still trying to get my $500 deposit back. Went to the facility 3 times to see what the hold up is and was told I will call you tomorrow. No call still waiting. Very unprofessional office staff.

My mother was here for 2 years she has been gone for 8 years. The staff took excellent care of her. Now my best friend has been there for about 2 months. It is like coming home for me as I spent alot of time there with my mother. The staff is very friendly and was good to see a couple of them I remember. Would recommend this facility
