The Willows at Tiffin

The Willows of Tiffin is a wonderful place. I have never been anywhere with such phenomenal staff, everyone is very kind, caring and friendly. Their activities department is top notch with so many things to do each day. My father went for Rehab after a fall and has decided to stay permanently. We are very happy with everything they offer and the food is great also. Keep up the GREAT work Willows Staff!!

The Willows at Tiffin is a phenomenal Place! The best staff, both knowledgeable and caring, takes the best care of their residents. The amount of daily activities and special events is like nothing I have ever seen! This place knows how to have fun while offering a clean, safe, and beautiful place to call home.

A fall at home fractured my arm and after excellent emergency treatment and short stay at Mercy hospital I was fortunate to get a room for rehab at The Willows. Reception was well done, complete details of medication gently completed and much attention to personal matters covered. Everyone smiling and positive and planned activity proposed, not required, making you feel welcome. The meals provide a wide choice of fare, and you select your choice. Routine medical activity is provided in line with Doctor's advice and prescription, and you are consulted and meet the resident. The nurses see you twice a day minimum and if you have questions. Then they are very well supported by well-trained aides and staff. There are programs for physical and occupational therapy for your participation and other daily activities in which, depending on your physical status, you may take part. The facilities are modern, bright and clean and seem to help you focus on recovery. In short, I highly recommend The Willows to you, we are fortunate to have such an excellent facility in Tiffin.

I came to The Willows in Tiffin really needing help. I was coming from nine days in the hospital with serious sepsis and was very, very weak. I couldn’t take care of my needs, nor even lift my feet to get in bed. I was reluctant to go to rehab at first-everyone would always rather be at home. But I had to yield to my weakness. Almost immediately I began physical and occupational therapy, which I didn’t think possible but began to help right away. The therapy staff is kind, professional, and gets results. I wound up spending six weeks at The Willows, with daily therapy. The nursing staff is second to none! I could have felt humiliated time after time but the nurses and aides always made me feel comfortable, less embarrassed, and very, very cared for, physically and mentally. I grew to really care for them-they are excellent and every need and request was quickly fulfilled. The building is spotless and tastefully decorated everywhere. The meals were delicious and always on time. I was given numerous choices for every meal. No one wants to need such extensive personal care, but if it is needed, I would HEARTILY recommend The Willows, my second home for six weeks.
