I have a family member in the assisted living side. Staff is unresponsive and rude. Only one of them wants to help. When I go they are sitting at the front desk or on the couch on their phones. We pay for the "helping hands" level of care and certainly don't get that. Also billing problems from the billing office and he have only been there just under 3 months. Housekeeping is poor as well - they come, but don't actually clean. There were ants in the room which someone sprayed with Lysol because maintenance was off and they are still piled up on the floor two weeks later. Overall would not recommend at all - care level for these folks is lacking and it is clear the staff is unhappy to be there or offer assistance to the residents. I heard one of the staff members tell a resident to go back to her room when she came out in hall. It's awful!

I have nothing but high praises for the Wellington. My Mom has been there on two occasions. The first time was for respite while her bathroom was being renovated and we chose for her to stay there again because the last experience was so great. This time her first few days were a bit rocky, but at no fault at all of the Wellington staff. They have worked with me personally to get my Mom everything that she needs to get her on the road to a speedy recovery. They have gone over and beyond to make her comfortable. My husband and I are very grateful for The Wellington and their staff.

My grandma has been at the Wellington a few months now she loves it the food is great, chef Cree comes up to her room to deliver her meals sometimes and checks on her to see if she eats or go make something she likes. Our family had lunch in the dinning room last week and what a great experience. The culinary department here is great and very organized. Can’t wait to go have lunch again.

I really enjoyed visiting your beautiful and active community. The residents and staff welcomed me during my time there. The smothered pork chops were excellent!
