My 91 year old mother moved into Watermark at the beginning of January. We were concerned about her adjusting to living on her own after living with us for the past 2 years. On the 3rd day after her move in, she found a group of friends in the fitness class. From that point on, she has been thriving socially, mentally and physically. Mom really enjoys the interaction with the staff, and all of the fun activities they have to offer. As a family, we enjoy how Watermark has family events, so we also have gotten to know mom's friends and the staff. She really has blossomed in her new found independence. We're very happy that we made the decision to have her live at Watermark.

We visited The Watermark at San Jose, we were informed so we'll. All facility is well designed and each and every need of residents are considered successfully. We recommend this facility to people who are looking for a secure, healthy, friendly atmosphere. Andrea was so friendly and helpful during our tour. She hosted wonderfully with joy. We appreciated. Thanks for hospitality and her kind approach.

We worked with Andrea to explore placement options for my mom. Andrea was great!! Responsive, patient and very helpful as we tried to navigate the new unknown territory we found ourselves in after my mom’s stroke. Although in the end Watermark was not able to accept her, we really felt the facility was great — modern, uplifting and a very amenable to their residents.

We are exploring alternative senior communities for my mother and visited The Watermark San Jose. Michelle was very responsive over the phone, and Andrea gave us a tour the next day. The facility is brand new and absolutely beautiful. They offer the exact types of services we are looking for to provide a safe, engaging, and quality environment. Andrea is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and addressed all of our questions.
