We are exploring alternative senior communities for my mother and visited The Watermark San Jose. Michelle was very responsive over the phone, and Andrea gave us a tour the next day. The facility is brand new and absolutely beautiful. They offer the exact types of services we are looking for to provide a safe, engaging, and quality environment. Andrea is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and addressed all of our questions.

Stopped by Watermark San Jose looking for a place for my Mom. Andrea was our Sales Director who explained the new places will be ready in October timeframe, gave us a tour of some units and kindly answered all our questions. This Watermark is beautiful, modern, very inviting, nice and bright with excellent layout. We put a deposit down and now can’t wait to move! Highly recommend 😇

My mother began her search for a senior living community a month or so ago. The process is overwhelming for her in many ways; deciding on locations, the amenities, how to manage moving from her home of 50+ years. Our experience with Andrea at the Watermark of San Jose really exceeded our expectations. She arranged community tours, reviewed the step-by-step process, and offered ongoing support to make the process far more manageable. We even enjoyed a really informative downsizing luncheon with a great presentation from Michelle and Andrea. Watermark at San Jose is a great place to begin your search, even if you choose an entirely different location, they offer nothing less than a genuine professional experience!
