I really enjoyed our meal at The Watermark. Great atmosphere and fantastic food. Bianca, our server, provided an awesome experience. She was so nice and added to our enjoyable experience. Great job Bianca!

My grandma lives here and the food is good but the staff is incredible. Our server Bianca does an excellent job remembering everyone’s name, what they do and don’t like, and having a wonderful positive attitude that I can tell makes the tenants happy. And Bella that works at the front desk does a great job remembering everyone’s names and being very patient and helpful whenever the tenants need it. Knowing someone you love is well taken care of makes all the difference in the world.

Today, I met Andy at The Watermark at Almaden to discuss senior living there, tour the facility and view several units for future me. I think I am at least 3 years away from move-in. Andy made a great impression on me. He listened to me and made me feel wanted and comfortable. I can definitely see myself living here, thanks to a great facility and the warm and caring personality of Andy.

My mom has lived at Watermark at Almaden for more than a year and we are quite happy. There have been some challenges but the team has always been responsive to working together to solve any problems. The facility is beautiful and there are many comfortable and inviting spaces, from the dining room and bistro to the game room and 4th floor lounge. There has been some staff change but the staff remaining is top notch and we are optimistic that the new hires will be as impressive. Thanks to Brenda for leading during all the transition, to Wes for handling all maintenance issues quickly and expertly, to Debbie for working hard to keep the food fresh and healthy and to Angel and Art for making my mom’s health a priority.
