The place was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the person I visited, who's lived their for a few years, said she loves it at Waterford! That's a great comment to hear from someone who lives there. Thank you Waterford for the care and respect you offer!

This is an unfortunate update from a previous 5* review. The previous experience is still true, however, promises were made that have since been broken which have drastically changed our overall experience with The Waterford on Huebner. We chose this lovely place for my father-in-law with hopes he would be able to stay for a few years. Unfortunately, he was only able to stay six nights before being rushed to the ER for medical reasons. From the ER, he was sent home on hospice and passed away three months later. We understand the need for a 30 day notice for move out, yet these circumstances were severe and the director at the Waterford received approval to pay us back $800 of the $1,941.94 we paid for the first month. I have repeatedly asked her the status of our promised refund, which she acknowledged on several occasions stating it 'had been mailed, it was sent, it will be coming from Oregon or Dallas', only to receive nothing. True, the Waterford on Huebner is a lovely place. The food seems good and the staff caring. We would caution you on any promises made as ours have been ignored and broken.

One of our family members was living at the Waterford on heubner Road in San Antonio, Texas. He wanted to leave the facility on August 1 has not returned since and they have double charged him and we can’t seem to get the money back no matter how many times we call they always say administration that handles that department is busy. Please be careful when you go there read your contract carefully and ask all the questions you have to ask don’t be afraid to ask your right to ask before you sign anything.
