    I feel like I have found my place in the world! I work as a Life Enrichment Director with residents in Assisted Living. I feel privileged to be a significant part of our residents' lives, planning a variety of activities, events, and outings, consistently engaged with them, and brightening their days. I am happy to be a part of a strong leadership team that not only provides a supportive atmosphere, but plans fun activities, recognizes, and rewards staff. I love my Verandah family!

    I was relocated by Sunshine Retirement Living 7 months ago to lead the team at the Verandah and I am beyond honored to be here. The residents are truly amazing and have welcomed me with open arms. We truly are the best continuum of care serving the Lake Charles community and beyond!

    Beautiful retirement community. They also have assisted living and memory care which I really like. Everyone can grow old and really never have to leave. Staff is great doesn't seem to be a lot of turn-over really care about the people that live there.
