Life Plan/CCRCs
Also referred to as Life Plan Communities, these communities offer a comprehensive continuum of care for residents. CCRCs offer multiple levels of care, allowing seniors to transition between independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care as their needs change throughout their aging journey.

These are staffed by licensed healthcare providers and offer a range of services to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents.

The staff are very kind and understanding and the physical therapy has helped my Nana immensely. Before coming here, my Nana had fallen several times and severely damaged her spine and after only a few months she might be able to come home soon. We've tried other facilities but no other place has the same level of care or even the same amount, between physical therapy, occupational therapy, wound care, etc. (plus the food is delicious).

My mom is looking for a place to move. I called and left three messages over three different days about setting up a tour and getting information. Nobody has ever reached out to me. We'll find some place that actually wants her business 🤷♀️

Elderly relative stayed at the rehab for 3 weeks in 2024. Some staff were nice and kind. The case manager was very nice. Food excellent. HOWEVER, some staff could not deal with memory issues “without a diagnosis from a doctor”. Some treated her like she purposefully went against instructions. I overheard one mocking her, “Pain pain, I’m in pain, la dee dah.”. I live in another state and calling/reaching the nursing desk was difficult to say the least. My relative would call me 20x a day because she didn’t know how to contact her nurse/helpers on the red push button. (That was sometimes out of her reach also.) She left there not able to walk 15 ft with assistance, much worse than when she arrived. Unacceptable.

This place rates with a 5 star Hotel everything is kept brand new. I have spent 2 week in there rehab center for a broken hip. This is like living in a hotel. The food is great, you select 3 fresh cooked meals a day. The doctors are top of the line, the care for your every need. Nursing and care staff are there every minute you need them 24-7. The therapist with there hands on care are understanding, caring, and attend to your every need. They want you to get better!!! And help in every way to make it happen. The cleaning staff keep this place Immaculate. “No Hospital Smell” The front office staff has made all the paperwork and transition to home a perfect and smooth experience. They make sure your insurance, after care doctors, home care nurses are all taken care of before you even leave everything processed correctly the first time. I would recommend this place to anyone for long term living or Rehabilitation care. What a great place to be when you really need help!
