Designed to help older adults who want to maintain an active and independent lifestyle, these communities offer services and amenities that cater to residents’ needs, while encouraging a sense of community and freedom from the responsibilities of owning a home.
Memory Care
Memory care communities offer specialized care and support for individuals dealing with memory-related conditions, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.
Life Plan/CCRCs
Also referred to as Life Plan Communities, these communities offer a comprehensive continuum of care for residents. CCRCs offer multiple levels of care, allowing seniors to transition between independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care as their needs change throughout their aging journey.
Skilled Nursing
Skilled nursing and nursing homes are residential facilities that offer medical care and support for individuals that require a higher level of medical attention and assistance. These are staffed by licensed healthcare providers and offer a range of services to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents.

We have been to many care facilities looking for the right place for my dad. The Terraces is by far the best all around. The facilities are attractive and well kept, the food and food options are great, and the staff go above and beyond to care for the residents as well as the residents families. I would recommend The Terraces to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming and happy place for their love ones.

My Mom was in Longterm skilled care at the Terraces in Boise. She received wonderful care here. Her meals looked and tasted very appetizing plus were served on plates with water stemware and linens. Her building was always clean and fresh smelling. The staff really cared and did everything to look after her care and were always pleasant, greeting me when I visited even though it was unannounced. They really cared and went out of their way to make her active and engaged. It was great to take walks around the grounds outside and eat sometimes at the Bistro across the court with her. Thank you so much for all the care she received.

Long term, Linden Village - we had mom on the long term side during the year of her life at the Linden Village. She was loved and cared for by the wonderful nurses and aids. During our visits we were always welcomed and I always knew mom was well cared for. I loved that the doctors and nurse practitioners were on staff and we did not have to take mom out to appointments. The Terraces eased some of the pain and anxiety of treating someone during the last few months of their life. I would recommend them to anyone in that time of need.

The only staff that kept me safe and taken care of were the nurses and the CNA. They were excellent. I am thankful for them. Everyone else was substandard in my opinion . The bed I was give was something out of the prison system. The department head promised one thing , and delivered another. Please take my word for it. I stayed two weeks at The Rehab Center at Terrace of Boise and I felt I was lucky to get out of there!
