Moving to The Terraces was the best decision I could ever make for my dad with his Alzheimer's disease. The staff are kind, empathetic, caring, attentive, responsive, helpful, thoughtful, actively involved daily with the residence, supportive, and innovative in their approach to daily activities and living with memory care issues. Their targeted programs really bring out the best in each resident, and it brings great comfort to the families knowing that they are truly in a hands of individuals who are experts in dealing with memory care issues. The doctor was going to increase my dad's medication because of behavioral issues at his prior memory care community. Once he moved to The Terraces, it turned out the medication didn't need to be changed, he just needed to be more engaged and provider with more directed care. He's doing amazing and The doctor determined that the medication didn't need to be changed at all! Now that was a blessing! He didn't need to be more medicated, he just needed to be engaged and given proper attention and care. Big difference!!!!

Moving to The Terraces was the best decision our family made for my grandpa with Alzheimer's disease. The staff are incredibly kind, empathetic, caring, attentive, responsive, helpful, thoughtful, and actively involved with the residents every day. They are supportive and innovative in their approach to daily activities and memory care. Elizabeth, who runs the activities, is fantastic. She keeps the residents engaged and busy, incorporating their likes and hobbies into her programs. It is a great feeling to know their loved ones are with staff who are experts in memory care. Previously, the doctor was going to increase my grandpa’s medication due to behavioral issues at his former memory care community. However, after moving to The Terraces, we realized no medication adjustment was needed—he just needed to be more engaged and active. He’s doing amazing and is the best he’s been with his condition.

My experience at The Terraces at Via Verde has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff are incredibly compassionate, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure the well-being and comfort of the residents. The facility itself is clean and very well-maintained.The community atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with plenty of activities and social events that cater to a wide range of interests. It's clear that the residents are genuinely happy here, and that's a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team. I spoke with Oscar who answered all of my questions and gave me a tour. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for top-notch care and a supportive community.
