Life Plan/CCRCs

Senior Apartments
Senior apartments are designed for older adults, featuring amenities and services. These apartments offer a maintenance-free lifestyle with access to social activities, promoting active living and independence.
Skilled Nursing
Skilled nursing and nursing homes are residential facilities that offer medical care and support for individuals that require a higher level of medical attention and assistance. These are staffed by licensed healthcare providers and offer a range of services to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents.
Home Care
Home care typically offers nonclinical support for Activities of Daily Living (ADL) like bathing and dressing, as well as Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) such as transportation, meal preparation, and medication reminders, all provided in the comfort of one’s home.

My Dad has been at the Stratford for just over a year and is happier than he ever expected. Leaving his long time home in New Jersey was a big decision but he will tell you now he has "no regrets!". The staff is warm and friendly and the residents have all been so welcoming. The Stratford feels like home but better and our family is very grateful.

My mother lived at The Stratford for over four years. Every interaction I witnessed with staff and residents was caring. Several staff members went out of their way to help her with grieving the loss of her husband and many residents offered support and kindness. We found the skilled nursing care to be amazing, particularly rehab/physical therapy. Dining services are excellent, and every staff member there was gracious and friendly. The entire staff, from the front desk to the maintenance team work tirelessly to ensure residents are well cared for and feel loved.

My mother has been a resident at Stratford for about 3 years. I have stayed in a guest suite multiple times. They are very well stocked with all the essentials for a short or long stay. There was almost nothing that I needed to bring myself such as a hair dryer, towels, plates, silverware and bottled water in the fridge. We like to stay close y when we come and the guest suites are perfect for that! Thank you for all the care and so ial environment the Stratford provides my mom. We really appreciate it!

My parents were Charter members of the Stratford community and moved into their 3 bedroom apartment in 2008. They never regretted their move and had a full life there for the past 15 years. They had many opportunities to connect to others, serve their community at Stratford through resident committees and continued to connect and participate in activities with the surrounding Carmel community. They loved that they were able to take trips knowing that their home was secure and taken care of while gone. Some years after my father passed away, my mother began to require more support after surgeries and for daily functioning. She was able to get the support she needed through Live Long Well Care, the agency at Stratford. She was very well taken care of by Stacy who was with her for the past several years and by Darlene, who helped her in the evenings. She also received good care from the Skilled Nursing facility at Stratford, which she needed from time to time for recovery from various health issues. My Mother recently passed away, but was active, alert, and involved in the Stratford community right to the end. Her family believes that the care and love that was shown to her at Stratford helped her have an excellent quality of life through her senior years.
