Very impressed with how staff interacts with visitors and their residents. Everyone seems to be very happy living and working here. Clean, vibrant, modern, luxurious, great amenities, well put together staff and residents! I would be happy to send a loved one here, visit residents, and live here myself when the time comes!

We were invited to the Ridge at Pinehurst by Julie. Even before we took the tour, we found the residents in the reception area very friendly. As we toured, we were impressed with the positive attitude of the staff. The physical facility was well appointed and well maintained. Gisela was very gracious and knowledgeable. Anne & Steve

My experience with The Ridge Pinehurst has been nothing short of amazing. As a Home Health company, The Ridge is exactly the type of partner we look for: honest, patient care focused, and transparent. Specifically within the team, Steven/Lori/Katrissa go above and beyond for the residents ensuring they receive quality care. Walking around the community seeing smiling faces and high community interaction, I can attest to the fantastic environment the Ridge team upholds. Without a doubt, I would recommend this community to any and all looking for a 5 star senior community. Kudos!

Other than real problems with take out which is on-going, everything else is satisfactory. We are very comfortable here overall. Re; dining which is a staff issue and may be better for a few times, then very frustrating at least twice a week with losing orders, and missing items, giving our order to someone else, etc. If we weren’t paying $900 monthly for this service, we wouldn’t be using it nightly.
