Great activities staff at Penniman Hill. My mother has been at Penniman for about 18 months in "enhanced independent living". The staff are amazing. I live out of state (and my sibling lives in Hingham) Chrissie was so kind to share with me that my mom goes on so many outings and has a ball. She sent me pictures of her from multiple outings and that she knocks on the door to remind my mother to join in the fun! That is so helpful! Also kudos to Christie and to the dining wait staff who are outstanding - always chatting with mom and making her feel loved. Also, Janie is super responsive and gave mom and our family the biggest welcome. Can't say enough about these professionals. They are everything in this business. Thank you!

Penniman's incompetent business administration continues to ignore me so perhaps this will get their attention. PLEASE STOP sending me monthly statements that you owe me $0.78! My dad only lived at Penniman for ONE month in the summer of 2020 when your NP prescribed him too low a dose of Eliquis which resulted in him suffering a stroke. We took him out of Penniman & brought him to Rose Court at Linden Ponds where they had the skills & staff to properly care for him his last months of life. He passed away in January of 2021. It's BAFFLING that THIS YEAR I began receiving monthly statements about the $0.78. My phone calls are curtly dismissed. I wrote to the corporate office but have not heard back. I will give you one star for the food, Dad said it was delicious.

The Residence at Penniman Hill is the absolute best place I could have had my mother live at. It is not only beautiful and clean but you will find no other staff as genuine, caring, helpful, and loving as at Penniman Hill. The hardest thing to do is leave a parent but here my mom had family. She considered all the staff family and her community became her nearest and dearest friends Moms second life began the minute walked though those doors. Our first visit she told me she was living here and that’s that. Thank you all for making Penniman Hill home!

I cannot say enough about Penniman Hill. Especially the Reflections Neighborhood staff. It was a difficult decision for my family to move my grandfather to a memory care facility. And even though it was only for the last 6 weeks of his life, he came alive again there. It was the best decision we made for him. The last weeks of his life he was engaging and laughing in a way he had not been living at home with dementia. My family will forever be thankful for the care and compassion my grandfather received there.
