The Residence at Cherry Hill

I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah at the Residence at Cherry Hill while seeking care for my mother. From the moment we walked through the doors, Sarah's kindness and genuine concern for the residents were evident. Her exceptional qualities as a caregiver and advisor left an impression on me. Sarah possesses a rare blend of professionalism and heartfelt compassion. Her dedication to the well-being of the residents is truly commendable. Throughout our conversation, her warmth and welcoming nature instantly put us at ease, creating an atmosphere of comfort and trust. Her genuine interest in understanding our needs and concerns regarding my mother's care was both comforting and reassuring. What struck me most about Sarah was her wealth of knowledge and willingness to do whatever we needed to support my mother. Her expertise was evident as she patiently answered all our questions, offering insightful guidance and support every step of the way. Her explanations and detailed advice made the decision-making process smoother for us. More than just being informative, Sarah's caring demeanor shone through in every interaction. She didn't just discuss the facilities; she spoke from the heart, demonstrating a deep understanding of the emotional aspect involved in choosing the right place for a loved one. Her empathy and genuine care for the residents were palpable, reflecting her true passion for her work. She not only greeted all the residents but demonstrated that she knew each individual personally as she spoke to them.

I find the staff is very insightful regarding my sister's care and have been supportive in helping me navigate conversations with her, especially Amy, the Director at Reflections. Quick response to her medical needs very good. However, sometimes follow up is not as expeditious as I would like regarding my sister's personal care needs. Overall, I am satisfied.

I recently visited the Residence at Cherry Hill with the intent of finding care for my 88 year old mother. After understanding the memory care needs of my mother, Laura P., Sales & Marketing Director, provided a thorough overview of the Residence at CH, including the Reflections memory care unit. Laura then gave me an excellent personalized tour. She was very knowledgeable and really cared about the staff, the residents, and about the needs of my mom. We met Lynn who is responsible for the Reflections memory care unit. I was truly impressed with Lynn and the mindful approach she described. The application of their Principles for Vitality was evident in the details, the colors, the activities, the thoughtful interactions with the residents. I loved the emphasis on helping residents live with “purpose”. I found this to be unique to the Residence at Cherry Hill. Thank you, Laura and Lynn. You are amazing. I believe that I can fulfill my dad’s wish to take good care of mom and to make sure that she is happy.

Recently had a opportunity to tour the Residence at Cherry Hill with my 88 year old mother, who is ready to make the move to assisted living. We were given an excellent tour by Laura P, the Sales and Marketing Director. Laura directed her attention to my mother and asked very relevant questions pertaining to my mom’s current state of mind, health challenges, and her reasons for moving into a facility like the Residence. Laura gave us a very thorough and enthusiastic overview of the facilities, amenities, and the staff. She walked us through activities rooms, dining facilities, and model rooms, all the while focusing on my mother. She was adept at getting my mom to address her fears and concerns about life/care in an assisted living facility. By the end of our 1 1/2 visit, my mother was convinced that the Residence was place she wants to be. Thanks Laura!
