We are in the process of moving my parents (90 and 94 years old) into The Residence at Chadds Ford. The facility is beautiful, clean and bright. The garden patio is relaxing and inviting. Patti Gray, the Senior Executive Director, has been amazingly accommodating to us as we have moved our parents from a different state to be closer to a family member. Patti and her staff have communicated details in a timely manner. I feel Patti has gone above and beyond for our family. We are grateful.

I cannot say enough about the amazing dedication, care, engagement and support provided by this beautiful, clean and welcoming community. Patti Gray is an outstanding person and has done a fantastic job fascilitating for our loved one. Mindy Macaulay has also been fabulous from the very beginning with follow ups, support and guidance. We couldn't be happier with this community and the peace of mind we have is priceless. Thank you to Patti & Mindy for your patience, kindness, support and genuine care you have for our family and all others in the community. We are extremely grateful! I wish I knew everyone's name beginning with Valerie at the reception desk and everyone else who is so professional, warm and friendly. Thank you, all! We appreciate you!

Great place! Recently my mother had a respite stay. Everyone from management to med staff to socialization staff, to restaurant staff to facilities and other employees - all personable, friendly, kind and caring toward the residents. By her 3rd day everyone called her by her name -very special. Fantastic food! Clean! Fun events and activities to keep the residents as independent as possible for as long as possible. We will be back & it would be my pick for permanent residence. Go visit. You will want to stay!

My mother has been at Chadds Ford for over 2 years. She is very happy there...the staff is friendly, the food is very good and there are daily activities that allow her to socialize. While no place is 100% perfect, what I really like about the Residence, is their willingness to listen to concerns and then address them. Recently, my mom needed some special care, and everyone, especially the kitchen and dining room staff, tended to her needs. The nursing staff, aides and custodial staff are so very friendly, kind and compassionate.
