I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Reserve at North Dallas, and I am thoroughly impressed by both the staff and residents. The staff members are exceptionally professional, attentive, and dedicated to providing top-notch service. Their commitment to ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment is evident in every interaction. The residents contribute significantly to the community's positive atmosphere. There is a strong sense of camaraderie and mutual respect that makes living here truly enjoyable. The community events and casual interactions foster a supportive and friendly environment that is second to none.

My mom has been living at The Reserve at North Dallas for 3 months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, the process was seamless—from touring the community with the amazing sales staff, Silla and Victoria, to the move-in process, which was made even smoother by the wonderful resident ambassadors. Michael was also fantastic, helping ensure everything went smoothly along the way. Sammy the concierge is a sweetheart and goes above and beyond as well. The community is warm and welcoming, with kind and friendly residents that have really helped my mom feel at home. The food is top-notch with many different options to choose from the restaurant to the cafe. and there are always a variety of fun activities to keep everyone engaged and entertained. I highly recommend The Reserve at North Dallas to any senior looking for a vibrant and caring place to call home.

I am 79 and I moved from a one bedroom apartment in Addison, TX to The Reserve at North Dallas a little over 5 months ago. I moved because I feel much safer here and I am able to make a lot of new friends here. The food is excellent and there are a lot of daily activities. I could not be happier since I moved here! The first photo is a sample dinner served in our spacious dining room and the second photo is the floor plan (which I love) for my apartment.

My dad has lived at The Reserve at North Dallas since July 2023. I would never recommend “The Reserve” to anybody I liked. The positives are that he likes his apartment and really enjoys the entertainment. Certain staff members show up every day, not only mentally and physically, but with their tender hearts as well. The food has decreased in quality since he moved in and is barely edible sometimes. I call the Exceutive Director, Rick Molenhouse, “The Great Oz”, because I tried seven times to introduce our family to him and was told he was in a meeting every single time. Finally I left my phone number and requested a call to set up a meeting and the receptionist told me to email him. You’d think he would want to meet new residents and their families, right? I discovered they had NO EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION IN THEIR SYSTEM FOR THREE MONTHS. If there had been an emergency they couldn’t inform anyone in our family. After sitting down with Rick to discuss our concerns, he made a personal promise to have the requested maintenance items completed the following week. That was exactly one month ago and outstanding items remain. The Maintenance Director is wonderful and I do not fault him for lack their lack of communication. Many times we have made a request upwards of four times. My dad is paying $4,700 a month for - lousy food, an unavailable and unprofessional Executive Director, and rude front desk personnel that apparently write in invisible ink. Other than that, it’s great. On the flip side, Mary is an angel. She truly loves the residents from the bottom of her heart. Michael is awesome too. My father has fulfilled his portion of the contract by paying rent on-time and abiding by community rules. Unfortunately, The Reserve has not held up their end of the contract.
