This community is not only stunning the staff were amazing to work with. You could see the love and care they bring each day for the residents. Great leadership! The staff in Memory Care were outstanding.

In April 2023, we chose The Reserve at Lake Austin over others in the area as the assisted living residence for my mom. She was there until she passed at age 95, Labor Day, 2024 (for 16 months). Lisa Joy and her care and nursing teams at The Reserve are very special and caring people. Mom had her favorites and considered it home. I will personally miss the team there! I highly recommend The Reserve at Lake Austin! Lisa and team, thank you for the past 16 months!

My mother is a new resident at The Reserve, and I can't say enough wonderful things about this facility and the leadership team. We already feel like part of the Reserve family, and we are impressed with the care and compassion they show to each of the residents. Our deepest thanks go out to Executive Director Lisa Joy, Sales Director Amy Ford, and all of the staff for making my mom feel so at home on Day One. I moved my Dad into The Reserve at Lake Austin in October ‘23. It has been the best decision I’ve made in support of my Dad’s health and safety. He has thrived at The Reserve under the watchful eye of the care team and staff there. I met in person with the Health & Wellness Director before even considering making a move. As I shared with her, it doesn’t matter how beautiful the building is or how manicured the landscaping, if my family member wasn’t well taken care of and attended to, none of it mattered. She assured me that the support was in place in terms of staff, skill level, and process to deliver a high-qualify care experience. She was right, they have, and we are happy and satisfied customers. When my Dad needed additional support, they adjusted his care plan and executed. The team there is accessible, responsive and capable. The culture at The Reserve at Lake Austin is warm, friendly, and welcoming. Everyone there calls my Dad (and me) by name from the CNA’s and Med Techs to the front desk, the maintenance folks to the servers in the dining room. It feels like family. That doesn’t happen by accident. The facility is inviting, well kept, and cheerful. My Dad’s apartment (one of many floor plans) is just right for his needs. The Reserve at Lake Austin delivers on what my goals were for my Dad; To be safe, well taken care of, and relieved of the day to day tasks so he can enjoy his life.
