Update 5/6/24 My MIL passed away this year and not one senior staff member or Rhonda, the director of nurses reached out with their condolences. Chad and Rhonda even walked by me the day she died and said nothing. There are staff there that care a lot and some that don't seem to care as much or at all. The floor care givers are usually sitting on their cell phones looking very bored. I could say more, but I will leave it at that. After searching and looking at many places, we chose The Preston because it didn't seem like an Assisted Living facility. It looked more like a really nice hotel. Our MIL is very happy there and loves her apartment. The food is always good and the staff there are the best. Specifically, Stephen at the front desk and all of the wait staff in the dining room. Rhonda and her nurse team as well. Photos are my MIL's apartment at The Preston that we decorated before her arrival.

My Mother was a resident of the memory care unit for 4 years and recently passed away. The ownership and management changed in the last 2 years. Since the new group, Watermark, came in with Chad Hubbard as Executive Director the staff and service improved tremendously. They were responsive and empathetic throughout the experience. This stage of life is hard for all involved, the Preston of the Park Cities helps to make the transition manageable. We would recommend them to all families in need of this service regardless of level of care required. Grey Stogner and family

I walked into this community the other day and I was greeted immediately with a warm smile by not only the staff but from the residents as well. All of the residents seemed so lively and genuinely happy. I wanted to see if this was a place I would consider hosting my parents and from my time being there I can not wait to come back with them. The place is incredibly beautiful and the food smelt amazing. Everyone was so nice and attentive. 10/10 would recommend stopping by and seeing this place for yourself!

I've been looking at options for my grandparents, as they need increased levels of care, but we don't want anything that looks or "feels" like the stereotypical senior living facilities do. After touring The Preston, I'm confident this is NOT a typical senior living facility, in the best of ways! The staff are warm and friendly, there are more cultural event options than what I've seen elsewhere, the other residents I met were interesting and seemed in good spirits overall, the place itself is beautiful and appears to be kept in pristine condition, and the amenities seem top notch. I'm definitely keeping The Preston at the top of our list!
