Update: Grace Management, Inc responded to my review by telling me to contact them to discuss my concerns listed below. I called the number they gave and emailed their head person and never received a phone call back nor a reply in email. Additionally, they wrongly charged our mom over $5000 on her last bill even though we went through the proper protocol of giving 30 days notice. It took her son having to drive there to get a response of how her money would be returned to her. After two and a half months they still have not reimbursed her correctly and she is still waiting for over $700 of her money to be returned. We stand by our original review of this place and their neglect of the vulnerable population they serve. Original Review: Run don’t walk from this place for your vulnerable loved one’s sake. They grossly mismanage meds on the assisted living side and overcharge for the care they provide. One small example our mom is diabetic and went five days without anyone checking her blood sugars and also went 8 days with a known uti infection! The nursing staff are completely unprofessional and lack education when it comes to caring for the vulnerable population living there. I guarantee you can find less expensive options in this valley and higher quality care!!

Beware! They do not honor or respect power of attorney or even understand how a family trust operates. The ignorance was bad enough but their administration made a simple situation worse due to their arrogance (which just caused more distress for our senior). Unfortunately the Pointe turned out to be a stressful few months until we were able to change living arrangements. Save yourself the headache and skip the Pointe!
