Our experience at the Oaks has been and continues to be positive. My mother in assisted living gets attentive care from staff who are competent and have cheerful attitudes. The staff sees that my mother is aware of and participates in the daily programming. Program activities are inclusive and creative. We are very satisfied with the care at The Oaks.

The Oaks at Byron Center is a wonderful place. They have a lot of activities to keep all the residence happy and entertained. They are very tentative to the residents and family members. They really do care and love the residents and their families. I would have no problem bring all my family members to this location if they ever needed skilled nursing facilities needs and amenities. This place is wonderful.

Train wreck! Highly recommend you search Somewhere else for a facility for loved ones. The Oaks is no place for anyone you care about. They are understaffed don’t care Attitudes from the workers. Poorly managed. They’re only focused on making money not the residence who call this place home. If you want your loved ones to die alone this is the place! They will let them suffer Till the end.

My Dad was at the Oaks for almost five years in memory care. He was so loved by everyone and very well taken care of. They did activities, singing, exercising, and even field trips. I would highly recommend the Oaks!
