My mum has lived here for nearly two years and I couldn't be happier. How they handled COVID guidelines was excellent and I knew my mum was safe. Now that we are back to "normal", activities and outings are back in effect. The Director of Nursing takes great care to know all her residents and is easy to talk to and answer questions. From the front desk to housekeeping, staff is friendly and welcoming. I love their pet visits by Pam & Frankie and they even allow Mum's pug, Polly Anna, to visit frequently in her buggy. The BEST memory care in town because that is their specialty. 💜

My Mother in Law attends the Susan J. Rheem Adult Day Center. It has given my wife and I peace of mind knowing she is there and receiving the attention she requires. They are loving and attentive to her. And they provide transportation!

My mother was overly medicated. You never knew how you would find her. Sleeping, angry, walking, in a wheelchair, using a walker or needing no help. All this was in one week. This is unacceptable. MTM is ready to kick a patient out very quickly but all my mom needed was a medication change and she was fine. They said they were a little hasty and let her stay. Find another place.
