Such a lovely place! So many fun activities and the facilities are amazing. Pool, golf simulator, fishing pond, playground for the grandkids when they visit, dog park, movie theater, hair salon, fitness programs, highly recommend. Ask about move in specials - 2 months free with a one year lease. Tell them I sent you!!

My experience with Kendra was very positive. I as greeted warmly by all the folks that were downstairs . I was very interested in the Buchanan Floor Plan. It was Top Notch. Kendra did a marvelous job in explaining the features of the unit. I loved both units and their locations. I would love to be at The Lakes, but I currently have large pieces of furniture that my late husband made that would not fit in the apt. Thanks Kendra for sharing this beautiful facility.

What an awesome facility! Brand new and the common area furnishings are beautiful! The Executive Director, Eddie Phelps was knowledgeable and thorough in his tour of the facility. This property is far superior to any that I have toured in the Conroe area!

Please tap on the picture so you can see the whole view from my patio. The staff is a 10+. I moved from California and had to rely on them to understand my needs. I couldn’t believe how patient they were with me. They would video each unit I was interested in. Sarah, the agent that help me choose was patient and explained every detail.
