Overview
In a prestigious and private northeast location, our community offers a striking combination of elegant design and superior craftsmanship for active adults 62 years and older. The Inn at Los Patios is conveniently located just off the Connaly Loop in northeast San Antonio. We’re just minutes from area restaurants, groceries, churches, banks, and more!
For over 30 years, Los Patios has been a premier destination for hospitality delivered in a preserved, natural setting. The most surprising thing to first time visitors is that we’re here at all. Twelve unblemished acres, hundreds of majestic trees, the cool water of Salado Creek, all tucked into the middle of the City.

This facility started as a beautiful and well-staffed venue but was purchased by a large group based out of New York mid to late 2023 and has been declining since. They have been unable to keep staff, the food quality is sub-par, and they are asking elderly tenants to move to another temporary apartment so that they may renovate existing ones and increase rent by nearly $1000/month. Meanwhile the current tenants are having their water turned off unexpectedly 3-4 times a week. This makes it impossible for people requiring care givers to get bathing and laundry completed when assistance is available. Not only are they inconveniencing one of society's most vulnerable populations but they are also price gouging them with out the associated amenities that should come with that price tag. I understand that independent and assisted living are not inexpensive, but this facility is over-priced for what they offer. We have since moved out, as have multiple other tenants.

A lovely senior retirement community. Great atmosphere inside & out. Location somewhat hidden, although nicely surrounded by amazing trees, foliage & walking distance to Salado Creek.

I love The Inn at Los Patios, it is beautiful inside and the grounds are a park like setting. The staff are all so professional, caring and friendly, they know everyone name and speak to them like family. They have done an excellent job during the COVID-19 crisis. I'm so glad my mom has a beautiful safe place to call home.

My mother has lived at The Inn for three plus years. The apartments are quite nice, the dining room is spectacular with it’s view and best of all the staff are friendly, professional and seem to genuinely care. And during this pandemic the residents have been kept safe. Highly recommend!
