I've been so impressed with The Fountains at La Cholla. My mom initially moved into Independent Living there, and then to Assisted Living. The staff have been nothing short of exceptional at every step of the process. From the servers in the dining room to the housekeepers to management and the Executive Director, I have had years and years of only positive experiences. Everyone knows my mom's name and her needs, and they greet me by name when I walk in the door. They have compassionately assisted my mom as her Alzheimer's disease has progressed, and have always made sure I have had every update. Special thanks go out to the amazing concierge, Carol, who has assisted my mom in taking care of her beloved cat - a task that she took on purely out of the goodness of her heart, her love for cats, and her love for my mom. We are now preparing to enter memory care: it's a difficult moment, and I have found great comfort in knowing that the same people who have helped her so brilliantly so far will continue along the journey with us. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The staff at The Fountains is wonderful and caring. One of the reasons we chose The Fountains independent living and the Fountains assisted living, The Inn, was because there is very little turnover in the staff. It is so important for my mom to see familiar faces, people who know her well and care about her. My mom loves the activities and outings. There is something interesting to do every day. She especially loves the musical events. She has a very nice apartment that is well-maintained. I don’t live in Tucson, so having my mom cared for by The Inn’s competent, kind, and caring staff gives me comfort. I am happy to recommend The Inn.

The Fountains at La Cholla staff has been nothing but amazing in their work with my parents over the past 4 and a half years. My parents moved into Town Centre right before the pandemic, thankfully! The care they received during these difficult years was phenomenal! In particular, Jennifer Fitzgerald has provided nothing less than 5 star service to both of my parents. Now that Dad has passed away, Jennifer continues to show compassion and kindness to my mother. Our family agrees that moving them to The Fountains at La Cholla was and continues to be a blessing!

My Mom has been at the Fountains for several years now in Independent Living. She is very happy and the Fountains have been great with all her needs. Jennifer Fitzgerald (Sales Associate) is awesome and so caring. She brought my mom flowers one day when my mom was having a hard day after my dad passed. It really cheered her up. I highly recommend The Fountains. Give Jennifer a call if you have anyone needing a community home or assistance with elderly care.
