We recently had to move my dad into The Cortland Northview nursing home wing and so far the experience is nothing but positive. I used to qualify seniors for power wheelchairs and I visited a lot of assisted living and nursing homes and were poorly ran and run down facilities. At Cortland the facility is nice, very clean and the staff is very good (like I said I have past experience with other homes). The food is good and the overall vibe I get is very positive. I highly recommend checking it out if you start to look around for a loved one. Tim B.

I'll admit, I had concerns about the status of this building and it's function, with the change in ownership recently. Thankfully those concerns were without merit after seeing the work that the new leadership team has performed on this campus. They have proven to be capable, committed, consistent and knowledgeable and clearly are in this business for the purpose of caring for the elderly members of this community. And the consistency with the direct care workers from the former ownership to the current has been a real benefit to the residents they currently serve.

I partner with Cortland Northview staff and their residents/families as an outside vendor. This building is always clean, the staff is friendly and they provide excellent care for their residents. I highly recommend considering this community if you are looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care for a loved one.
