I played music at a fun event at CAL. The staff was incredible: friendly, caring and helpful. The facilities and decor at the home were tasteful and comfortable. The residents were engaging. We all had a great time together!

I am currently a resident at The Charlotte. My son found this facility for me and it turned out to be a wise choice. My favorite thing at The Charlotte are the activities offered daily, there is something interesting and fun each day. Wednesday is our baking club and we share our baking with everyone else. I enjoy all the different crafts and holiday celebrations. They are efficient in all their different departments. I have a friend who has a loss of vision and she enjoys audiobooks, there are employees at The Charlotte, Alfred, Kimberly, and Yvonne who go above and beyond to help her find a book to listen to. There is a constantly changing menu in the dining and the kitchen is efficient in following up with residents on what they like for their meals and listen to our suggestions. They are good about following up with us. Meghan, our director, is one of the kindest, outgoing, and helpful people. Her primary concern is the residents at The Charlotte. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I highly suggest you take a tour at The Charlotte!

Such a beautiful place with so many amenities inside and out. Residents seem happy and well cared for. Someone is always available to help if needed. The outdoor gardens are gorgeous and a pleasant place to relax, read, or enjoy time with family.

I love The Charlotte Assisted living . When I walked in to this community I felt warm and it was cozy and they all greeted me with smiles. I am impressed with the staff and activities and the medical team. They truly have a great community. The care they give its top notch.
