Words cannot express the level of appreciation, love , effort and enjoyment we witnessed and experience from your efforts in making this such a special birthday for our mom. You and your team went above and beyond which everyone could feel/see. The food was amazingly delicious, beautifully presented and service was flawless. This will be talked about for years to come!

The tour of Carlisle was very interesting and surpassed my . expectations. The rooms were equipped with everything i might need. The staff appeared to be very friendly and courteous. I am highly considering a near future move ro this extraordinary facility!

Most disappointing… Out of all of the assisted-living establishments in town this is considered the best which is very very sad. My mother had such poor care there and within six weeks of being there passed away and not even one call from the establishment to give their condolences. Then on top of all that, charged us for an entire extra month because we didn’t remove all of her items out of her room which we had no idea we were supposed to do, not one phone call indicating this until I had to reach out asking. Disgraceful

Tour guides friendly and knowlegeable. They should walk with the slowest, not fastest. 1 bedroom had a couple of pint chips and the door across the hall was gouged. Someone forgot to inspect route prior. Otherewise, a few sodas would be nice. Impressive operation.A map would help sell. Food, what there was, was outstanding.Had to ask to see dining room and pool.
