“Every time I've been to visit, the facility has been clean, and the staff has been friendly. I wouldn't feel comfortable with my stepfather living anywhere else!”

First, I would like to acknowledge the marketing Director for Auberge Memory Care facility of Kingwood, Krystal. What an amazing job you are doing along with an awesome team in providing such great care and support for all your residents not to mention the community with education and wonderful events highlighting your patients and families unique experiences. With supportive care for our aging residents and families that have been impacted with memory loss and how to support our communities is vital to all. I have been in this industry for almost 2 decades and your compassion and dedication in this industry is inspiring beyond words. Keep up the great fight, work and support because it is appreciated.

We visited the Auberge a couple times. The staff is very friendly. Their chef makes great tasting meals. And their team has fun activities for the residents. Such a blessed place to visit! Check them out.

Having a family member with Alzheimer’s is a scary experience, it feels like we’re loosing our loved one and then deciding what’s the best place of care for them is even harder… but when you meet someone at a facility that you can tell loves their job and is very kind and knowledgeable in this area gives you peace of mind. That’s exactly what Krystal Narinesingh did for us, and we wanted to share this with others that may be looking for someone who has compassion towards our loved ones … it’s not easy to find a place where we feel comfortable knowing our loved one is loving hands , but speaking with Krystal that’s exactly what we felt. She addressed our questions and treated us like family. Thank you!
