Our Mom was suppose to move in there, they ended up telling us they could not take her. The nurse kept no showing for intake. They did not refund our money of $3000 No one would respond. Even when we reached out to corporate they didn't respond either. Super unprofessional! We thought about getting a lawyer or contact six but just did not have the energy at the time because of all the stress that comes with finding a home for a loved one. This is a real review and from my heart I would never recommend this place.

I was in another Independent/Assisted Living Facility that was bought out and changed everything there! The Arboretum was suggested to me after looking at many other facilities. I have been here almost 2 years now, and I am happy I made the change! It is a friendly atmosphere, plus providing meals, and covers a lot of the utility expenses. There are programs here that offer a variety of experiences so that people feel a part of this community. It is close to stores and health facilities too. Transportation is provided for shopping and other events! I can't offer more praise than this! Come and see for youreelf!

Horrible facility, the memory care department horribleeee bugs are everywhere, there is a horrible odor, lack of cleanliness. Would not send loved one here. Here is a picture of one of the nurses sleeping in her office while on the clock and she missed the medication administration. The residents did not receive their meds

We moved my independent-living widowed father here a few days before Christmas 2023 and our whole experience has been positive. It's clear there has been a recent renovation and everything looks fresh. The staff has been very kind and enthusiastic, particularly the director, Avery. Any questions we've had along the way have been answered in a timely manner. Best of all, my father is happy!
