The Addison of park crescent is a great place for seniors to live, I have been apart of the community for over a year now and I have grown so many positive and great relationships with residents and staff! Everyone is so kind, caring and very friendly!

Who doesn't love being freed up from cooking and household maintenance? I've been here for five years, and what I love most is that there are people around if I want to be around people, and I have all the privacy in the world if I don't want to be around people. There are plenty of activities, but no pressure to attend if I just want to chill. Also, the food here cannot be topped!

I am a family friend and every time I visit I always get greeted with open arms! The staff always has a smile on their face and I know the residents really appreciate that and so do I!

We had our father here for almost two years. When we first met with the staff here we were told there is a $3200 security deposit that we would get back as long as there was no damage to the room. When it was time for my Dad to move out two years later, we were told that this was not a security deposit, but a one time fee for community activities. Our family was told that this was a security deposit, and the person that told us that was no longer with the company shortly after my father moved in. So, we were lied to. My father was also in the hospital for about three months before we decided that he could no longer live here and had to go to greater assisted living, so his room was vacant for that time. When our family would go to his room here to pickup mail, and gather clothes, we would smell cigarette smoke in his room for weeks. We finally found cigarette butts in the main kitchen sink and reported to the staff. We had the management staff come up to the room and see what we had found. Someone from the staff was using my elderly fathers room as a place to go smoke cigarettes while my father was in the hospital. Absolutely disgusting. We never heard anything about the incident afterwards. I would not recommend this place to anybody or their parents. They were deceiving and obviously hire staff that has no respect for their senior residents.
