When we first moved my grandfather to Terracina Grande we thought this place was beautiful but underneath the exterior...there are ALOT of issues concerning his safety (He is in the memory care unit so everything applies to this unit, I don't know anything about the standard retirement homes here) The staff wouldn't bathe him for weeks at a time, caused him to go to the hospital because his medical needs were not being met, and the staff has lost him today, luckily he was found by my aunt and uncle. This is not a place where my family and I feel we can rely on the facility and staff. Not to mentioned their key-code on their door has been turned off and/or broken more than once, leaving the patients a way to The patients are not being monitored and the staff is always on their phones and treat the patients like children, not cool. I know the retirement facilities are short staffed but this is no excuse for the lack of care he has received during his time here. Luckily we installed a in home camera to monitor him otherwise we would have never known his needs were not being met. Other patients often aimlessly wander into each others rooms as well which is problematic as none of the staff seem to pay attention to where each of them are as well as well as wheeling my grandpa to random places in the building. Please do better, this is truly unexceptable.

The most kind, friendliest place I’ve ever visited. The staff are great and I had the opportunity to meet some of your residents and they are just wonderful. I love visiting my sister there. It’s always fun and very clean.

The staff is wonderful. The facilities are extremely clean, and tastefully decorated. There are a wide choice of activities, which are fresh and new, and sometimes old and comforting! The building itself is showing a little age., But aren't we all! The communications between the facility and the family is wonderful! Very comforting to know our parents are in a home that is so caring and dedicated to the safety, well-being and comfort they so deserve! All in all a very fine facility that Mom is grateful to call her "forever home"!
