Mom has been well taken care of. The staff is always friendly and attentive to her needs as well as the family's needs. We so appreciate the work they do as we can go on with our daily lives knowing she is in such good hands. Bravo Terrabella!

Our friend lived at Terra Bella for 5 years. He passed away September 17, 2024. My husband and I were his POA since he had no family in NC. I can not say enough good things about this assisted living facility. He was at another facility for 2 months prior to our moving him to Terra Bella and although the place was very nice (and much more expensive), the staff never got him involved in activities. At Terra Bella he immediately started participating in activities. The activity director was super. She listened and learned what our friend was interested in and planned activities that he would enjoy. She got 3D puzzles of things he liked and they worked together assembling them. He loved playing dominoes with his friends. I really feel like his life was extended by living his final years at Terra Bella.

My Mom passed in March at the young age of 90. After living at Elmcroft for 2 1/2 years. Mom was a social butterfly. And there were so many activities for her to do there. They also had spa day which made her feel so good. With her pretty nails and makeup. They took day trips, bowling, to see Christmas lights, went shopping, Mom always had a beautiful yard full of flowers. And at Elmcroft they have a garden the residents could tend to. She had many friends and the staff was so good to her. Mom was very happy living there. She gave hugs and received hugs. She was safe and loved. I was always welcomed and on first name basis with the staff. I can’t say enough good things about Elmcroft.

Though it was a short stay, my husband’s grandpa had an amazing experience here. After experiencing declining health, and after losing his wife of over 50 years, his stay here put a spark back in his eyes. Many staff members knew him by name and conversed with him like he was family. He was able to socialize, enjoy good meals, participate in church services, and he received excellent care. We are so thankful that his time spent at Terra Bella helped him regain some independence and confidence.
