Sunol Creek provides compassionate care for those with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias. Since opening in 2014, our community has established itself as the East Bay’s premier place for memory care, proudly offering dedicated support for families in Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, and Fremont. Sunol Creek was purposefully built for memory care. Our warm, inviting, homelike environment features two intimate care neighborhoods of 20 residents each. Here, your loved ones can thrive, with support tailored specifically to their individual needs. Our mission is to ensure your loved one thrives in an engaging environment that promotes autonomy and self-esteem and supports physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Days at Sunol Creek are filled with personalized programs and social events that help your loved one maintain a sense of purpose and high quality of life. Our community exclusively offers memory care services.

We offer five apartment styles to accommodate different needs and budgets, each with a full array of services ensuring comfort, maintenance-free living, personal safety, and well-being. Base rent includes: Weekly housekeeping. Weekly linen service. Weekly laundry service. Transportation to doctor’s appointments. Integrated nurse call/delayed egress door systems.

My Mom has been living at Sunol Creek for 5 months now, and I am so happy she is there. Danny gave us a tour and spent time with us on our first visit getting to know us and wanted to learn about Mom. There was an energy and kindness we felt instantly that we hadn't experienced at any of the other facilities we went to. Jenna at the front desk is awesome and goes above and beyond to help us out. Harmony (the Director) and her team are all excellent. I also can't say enough good things about the care givers and nursing staff. Thank you so much to the team at Sunol Creek for taking such good care of Mom!

Recently, my mother, who has onset dementia and memory issues, required temporary care after my father passed away, and I had to take care of personal issues and could not leave her alone. Sunol Creek Memory Care was amazing from beginning to end. It was very painful for me to have to have her stay in a place that was foreign to her, but the entire staff was just amazing from beginning to end She flourished in her new atmosphere as everyone was so very kind to her. Danny helped us from the very first connection and was genuine and kind as I went through this emotional process. Every worried text I sent was answered promptly and with so much kindness. Henry was so wonderful helping us move out her furniture when it came time to bring her home. This is a most beautiful facility with staff who seem to genuinely care for everyone there, knowing each of them by name. It is hard to put into words how grateful I was to have found this place.

Love working with Sunol Memory Care. Danny the senior living consultant goes above and beyond for the residents. He makes sure to treat the residents like family. He is very knowledgeable and will make the process easy for your loved one. My clients and their families love sunol Memory care and if you give them a chance yours will too.
