We have been very happy with the move for my in-laws to New Perspective in February 2025. The building is beautiful and offers so many activities and events. The meals have been great and my father-in-law especially looks forward to eating in the dining room and having three hot meals a day. It is nice that we can stop by anytime and join them for a meal - and we have done this many times. They are working with physical therapy for strengthening and improved balance. In the month they have lived there, their health has improved thanks to better nutrition, more physical activity, and more socialization. The staff have been kind and helpful and if there is a question or concern, simply reaching out corrects it. The staff have gotten to know my in-laws and understand their needs and how they can help. They have adjusted quicker than we expected to the move, and feel at home in their new apartment. We are thankful to have them living so close to us and know that they are in a safe and healthy environment. We are grateful to the staff at New Perspective!

My parents have lived here for just over 2 years. My father is considered independent living, and my mother needs assistance. When she calls for help to use the bathroom, she sometimes has to wait an hour because staffing is so poor. Even when they do come to help, my dad ends up finishing their job or cleaning up after them. Also, the food is supposedly prepared by a chef! My 6 year old grandchild could prepare better food! The price they pay for services they should be treated like kings and queens. The place is also very pricey, and many have left for other facilities that charge 20 % less for the same services and amenities. However, If you don't care about these things, it's an awesome place. But, my parents deserve better.

Toured with Brianna for a family member. She was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Clean facility, friendly staff and positive atmosphere. We got a very homey feeling. Would recommend touring if you're in need of assisted living.

The Sun Prairie Area School District LOVES and IMMENSELY appreciates our partnership with New Perspective! Our Employee Wellness Department uses their therapeutic warm water pool for water aerobics classes. The pool and the locker area are absolutely meticulous and simply perfect! In addition to use of the pool and locker area, they allow us to use their pool accessories (water dumbbells). Their generosity has allowed us to offer our employees a wonderful benefit! In addition, all of the staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful! The entire facility is absolutely beautiful and extremely inviting. Working collaboratively with Jan Karasch and Colin O’Brien has been a pure delight! Thank you, New Perspective!
