This is the worst nursing home facility I have ever been to !! It’s honestly sad . I had only been at this job not even a full month !! I had recently got sick & was in the hospital for “DKA” LISA the memory care manager is the worst supervisor iv ever had she asked me to bring my notes in of me being in the hospital & falsely accused me of having fake documents. I was terminated when I asked her to contact the hospital that I was in to confirm that my paperwork was not fake . When I asked to speak to her supervisor about the situation she did not allow me to because she knew what she did was very wrong she went as far as trying to make me seam like a bad employee because of how she treated me . Ashton is a horrible living facility & the management is horrible. I would NOT recommend putting your love ones here . LISA is a lier & a horrible supervisor who does not need to be in the position .

Smells good and the individual people who take care of the seniors are excellent if they are there. On October20th, 2024, my father passed away there. I asked a lady that was washing dishes where attendants or a nurse were. She stated that the nurse quit, but she would go and find someone. After about 10 minutes had gone by she finally found what looked like a CNA who was in one of the other wings. You see, management had allowed my sister-in-law to leave me off as the next of kin. I’m am my father’s only daughter. I asked the lady locked behind the locked door to include me in the next of kin. She took a sticky note and wrote down my name and phone number, but I was never called when my father was in distress. On the day my father passed away, my husband and I took my father out as we did weekly to eat dinner. He started choking but me not being a nurse, thought something had gone down the wrong way. I looked for a nurse and that’s when the CNA showed up. I asked her to please check on him, but I will assume that that she did not. There was no one else on a Sunday in the entire $10,000 a month home. I called my dad at 4:15 and no one answered. Later that night, my brother texted my husband to tell him my dad passed. No one from the nursing home called me. Terrible place for the price.

Recently visited this beautiful community and loved the feel of this place. Very homelike. In the past, I visited my college roommate’s Mother at this community several years ago. She was in Memory Care in a lovely apartment. The staff was welcoming and so caring with all of the residents we saw. It was clean, and everyone looked well kept and cared for. Her Mom has since passed away, but since then, I have come to know someone personally on their leadership team and have engaged with their staff and I feel like it’s still a great place for seniors. I would definitely recommend.

Ashston Manor is a wonderful place to live The care partners go above and beyond for their residents from activities or just learning to know them. The meals are good too
