Sugar Creek Alzheimers Center is such a beautiful set up. It is so clean and well cared for. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable,friendly and truly caring of all the residents there and treat them like family. The staff is a phenomenal resource and it is so comforting to know how well tapped into their community they are. They truly care about your loved one and want what is best for them just like you do. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I truly believe in the team I work for and love administration! This is the best team I have worked for. Sugar Creek is amazing and we are doing amazing things. No deficiencies with the annual survey! That is an amazing Accomplishment!!!

All staff that I have met from Sugar Creek have been amazing and caring. The residents look to be taken good care of. With tons of fun activities for them.

I would never place a loved one in this facility. The administrator is very unprofessional, rude & a not an honest person. In the 14 months we had a family member there -a huge turnover of employees, threw soiled clothing away & told family that things do get lost & misplaced in a memory care facility. We were buying clothing & personal items every few months. We’d find resident with soiled bed clothes, sometimes not even a sheet on the bed, urine & feces on floor in bathroom … I could go on & on. So glad when we moved to Mc Leann County Nursing home-even though Adm at Sugar Creek tried to jeopardize the move. Beware of what they promise you@ Sugar Creek.
