I would highly recommend Streamside Assisted Living facility! Amazing and caring staff! Great home cooked meals along with plenty of snacks to be offered daily! Lots of activities for the residents and families to do! Very clean and well kept. Residence have smiles on their faces and those I spoke with said they absolutely love it there!! Definitely worth looking into for your loved ones!

I am appalled and disturbed by the unprofessional behavior of the administration(Daythun)at streamside. The consistent belittling and disrespect shown to staff and residents is unacceptable. The administration and management team consistently demonstrated unprofessional behavior, prioritizing personal interests over resident well-being. Nepotism was rampant, leading to favoritism and limited opportunities for growth among staff. Furthermore, I have serious concerns about the administration's handling of resident medication. It has come to my attention that medication has been misused for personal gain by his own assistent Dakota (daughter), which is not only unethical but also potentially harmful. As well as a none nurse (Carey) making medication decisions and handling of medication. The most concerning aspect, however, was the clear disregard for resident care. Basic needs were often unmet, and staff seemed undervalued and unsupported. As a employee of almost 4 years i made the difficult decision to remove myself from this establishment. Over these years there has been numerous state inspections as well as me bringing incidents to my supervisors. Nothing was done by either party and it is safe to assume state inspectors are not doing their job adequately and or being lied to by this establishment. I strongly advise against placing your loved ones in this facility until drastic improvements are made. Families deserve better, and so do the residents and staff.

I’m very happy here. They have a great staff! Problems are fixed as soon as possible with love and kindness from all involved. The staff really love and care for each resident. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of! I recommend Streamside Assisted Living for anyone looking for a place for themselves or a loved one!
