    Alyx Lennon is an outstanding example of a dedicated and hard working Care Manager. She shows her passion to help people in providing the service necessary for an elderly (99 year old) friend of mine by always being one step ahead of any needs that may arise. She takes the time to listen to what is needed, follows up in a timely manner to implement, and in a very gracious and efficient way. Her communications, whether by phone, text or email are concise and thorough. Because of her capability, and the fact that I am managing my friend's care from another state, I am assured that she is well taken care of. It is a pleasure to work with Alyx.

    Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with the current Springpoint leadership. The care management plan was grossly incomplete. Yet, we have received multiple collection notices, despite the stress it has caused to my elderly mother.
