Place is trash, management has no idea what they are doing and they like to blame and make fun of residents. The lack of communication is impressive, Giving old used and broken appliances to older residents so they don't have to buy new ones, management tries to save money so they get more it's disgusting

my grandmother lives here and enjoys this community very much. I had a chance to visit her recently and was very impressed with staff and the beautiful renovations.

My aunt lives at Madrona Hills and I know they take great care of the people here. The staff is very nice and very helpful! There are delicious meals served three times daily, shuttle service, a forest like setting for nature lovers and housekeeping. 100% recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

A friend moved in yesterday, and another friend and I joined her for lunch today. This building is large, with 3 floors. There is an elevator. The room my friend is in was large and roomy, with a huge closet, a decent size bathroom, and a little kitchen area with sink and cupboards. etc. You supply the microwave. The room was quiet, you couldn't hear any traffic from outside. We went to lunch where we sat with a couple of residents, we chatted away. One of the ladies had only moved in a week earlier, the other lady had lived there for 4 years already. Lunch was good, there was a choice of 4 different entrees, plus salad and dessert. Visitors pay $5, but that is waived for the first 30 days for a new residents family and friends. Staff and residents were very friendly, lunch was served promptly by giving time for every one to finish a course before progressing to the next. During lunch, activities were announced for the afternoon and evening. There was a good variety. Plenty for those social minded too participate in, or you can retreat to your room or sit in one of the open areas. There is also a van for outside activities
