I didn’t wanna come to the Stratford. I was angry because my kids were making me do this. Fortunately, it has been the best thing I’ve ever done I have friends we go places and do things. The holidays are always fun. We have parties May 4 be with you. New Year’s Halloween Easter you name it we celebrate it all. There are always a couple of Down sides but the benefits outweigh them by far. You can even have pets I have two cats. They’re my Four. Legged children, they keep me Company which I love

Finding the perfect place for my 87 year old mother was a priority. My wife and I visited many independent care facilities in the Triad, and finally found what we know is the “perfect place,” at the Holiday Stratford. Our tour of the Stratford was superb, as Paige Crouch, the sales manager there was so helpful, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and addressed any concerns. She sincerely cares about everyone who walks through the doors at the Stratford, along with all of the other staff. It was a pleasure working with Paige. Mom is now a resident there, and has already made lots of new friends, loves the food, all of the activities, amenities, and her newly renovated spacious apartment. If you are looking for that “perfect place” for a parent, we highly recommend Holiday Stratford in High Point, NC.

I am writing this review as feedback on our initial experience visiting the Stratford for a tour. My sister and I met with Paige Crouch, Community Sales Manager who gave us a tour and answered all our questions. She was very knowledgeable and was able to address all our concerns on the first visit. We returned the following day with our mother to tour the facility. Luckily, it was a very positive experience. Our mother loved the unit and was able to chat with several residents. By the time we left, mom was actually excited at the prospect of moving in. Paige is delightful to work with. She is very patient, compassionate and understands how difficult the decision is when placing a loved one who needs this level of care. We look forward to working with Paige and feel confident we have made the right decision. We are grateful to Paige for making the process as smooth as possible under the circumstances.

My mother is 96 and has lived with me the last 10 years. Being a person of color she thought she wouldn’t be welcome. She didn’t want to live alone. She was afraid. From the moment she entered he door she felt welcome. When she saw her room I saw a big smile on her face. She felt like she was in her own home she left years ago. Dinner time Dave personally talked to her and asked if everything was Ok. I said that the boss if you have a problem he will take care of it. She smiled. Everyone is so friendly. She loves it here. She finds her way to dinner alone. People come to her table and say hi. It does feel like a family to her. She is kind of shy but starting to make friends. I’ve referred family in another state to become apart of the holiday family. They also liked what they were told and plan to move in shortly. The outside of the building is Beautiful, the inside is being remodeled every day it’s a joy to see what is being accomplished. I encourage anyone to live here.
